Adjustable Stainless Steel Hose Clamps Assortment Kit for Fuel Line, Automotive, Garden

The STEELSOFT 14 PCS worm clamp assortment kit is constructed entirely of high-quality 304 stainless steel, ensuring reliable and long-lasting performance. These hose clamps feature a non-perforated band design that is based on the popular worm gear hose clamps, but with added engineering to prevent damage to hoses during use. The embossed band with a rolled-up edge is specifically designed for use with silicone, PVC, or rubber soft hoses, protecting them from extrusion or shearing.

The torque of our worm drive hose clamps is carefully calibrated to be neutral, allowing for consistent tension to be maintained after initial installation. The one-piece welded housing is significantly stronger than other clamping structures, such as embedded buckles, which are prone to stripping out.

Included in this assortment are 7 different sizes of stainless steel hose clamps:

• 2 pieces of 5/16 to 1/2 inch, with a band width of 3/8" (size #4)
• 2 pieces of 3/8 to 5/8 inch, with a band width of 3/8" (size #4)
• 2 pieces of 1/2 to 3/4 inch, with a band width of 3/8" (size #6)
• 2 pieces of 5/8 to 1-1/16 inch, with a band width of 1/2" (size #10)
• 2 pieces of 1 to 1-5/8 inch, with a band width of 1/2" (size #16)

With a total of 14 pieces in the kit, each hose clamp has a band thickness of 0.024" and has been tested with a neutral salt spray test for 100 hours. The screw hex size is 5/16", with a failure torque of 60 lb-in and a recommended installation torque of 30-35 lb-in. These hose clamps are designed to withstand temperatures ranging from -22°F to +338°F.

The non-perforated solid band ensures that the clamps are resistant to over-tightening, deformation, and stripping, providing superior clamping force for a secure seal. The rolled-up band design protects soft hoses from being cut by metal edges, making them ideal for use in applications such as fuel lines, gas lines, heaters, and automotive projects.

In addition, the hose clamps feature non-metric sizes, with clear inch markings on the band for easy identification. The stainless steel construction of the housing, screw, and band meets SAE J 1508 standards, with the added assurance of a zinc coating on the screw surface to prevent metal grinding and welding during high-speed torque applications. All components are guaranteed to be made with high-quality 304 stainless steel.
